Betting Against the ODDS Online
When you are playing poker, Craps, or else Slot Machines,
you are betting against odds online. Now the odds can
be stacked in your favor, else against you. You are
challenging an online symbolic character, and if you
are on the tables, you are challenging other players.
Many players that enjoy the game Craps often say that
the odds are against them. During a game of Craps online,
a “Stickman” will monitor the tables, at
the same time shouting out silly remarks in some of
the casinos online. To me this makes the game more fun,
since I enjoy sense of humor. During the game, the dice
are tossed about a table every ‘minute.’
In all respects, the “Stickman” is attempting
to challenge the players, by persuading them humorously
to up their bets. You are at no obligation to raise
your bets, so just relax and enjoy the game.
“Pass Line”
During the play of Craps, you have a “Pass Line’
which is said to be the better betting in the game rooms.
The higher the bet the casino game rooms will drop their
‘edge. In other words, if you bet as much as 100%
your original bet the game room drops to around “0.18%”
depending on the casino.
“Don’t Pass Bet”
The “Don’t Pass Bet” is a slight more
difficult since the object is to beat each players bet
on the table. The “Don’t Pass Bet”
is different also, because the casinos generally set
the bets lower and evade the odds at the same time.
“Come Bet”
The “Come Bet” does not work on the “Come
Out Roll” turns; rather this betting round is
similar to the “Pass Line Bet.”
“Don’t Come Bet”
The “Don’t Come Bet” is contrary of
the “come bet,” however; it is similar to
the “Don’t Pass Bet.” The “Don’t
Come Bet” is also contrary to the “Pass
Bet.” the “Don’t Come Bet” is
“made after a point is set by the shooter.”
This means that if the player rolls a “7 or 11,”
then the player loses the game. If the dice roll on
a “2 or 3,” then the player wins the round.
Furthermore, if the dice land on a ‘12’
then the players are at a “standoff.” Therefore,
if the ‘point is set’ and the player lands
on a ‘7’ then the player can win the round.
On the other hand, the player loses if the dice are
rolled, lands on the ‘7’ and it is a ‘repeated’
point set.
“Big 6/Big 8 Bets”
The “Big 6/Big 8 Bets” is not more than
a name and its purpose differs slightly since the odds
of the dice landing on six or eight changes the bet
amount. In other words, you get less for less.
“Place Bet”
The “Place Bet” can be set during anytime
in a game. If a player wants to be on a six then the
player calls out the number to bet on. The players are
allowed to wager “4-10” if the bet ‘number’
‘placed’ hits ‘before a 7’ is
rolled. Therefore, the “Pass Line Bet” during
this round holds higher ‘odds.’
“Field Bet”
The “Field Bet” is the smarter choice for
betting against the odds in Crap. The downside is the
“Field Bet” has only a “5.5%”
‘edge’ on the game room. The “Field
Bet” however can be set on any roll during the
game play. The winning round is determined as followed.
If the player tosses the dice and calls any numbers
from “2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, or 12,” (in the
field area)” then the player win the match. However,
if the player lands on a “5, 6, 7, or 8”
during the “Field” area then the player
loses the game. Some casinos will offer each player
bonuses on “Field Bets’ if the dice land
on “2 or a 12.” If the player tosses the
dice and the dice land on a pair of “snake eyes”
then the player can receive up to “3x” the
bet amount, “if the dice land on ‘a 12.”
This is also known as “Midnight” land.
